Replacement Program:

Rods do break occasionally and it is never a fun experience. That's why we have created a Replacement Program to get you back on the water quickly:

1) Please send an email to with the Subject Line: Rod Replacement. 2) In the email, please provide your Full Name, Address, and Phone Number and indicate the model rod you would like to replace and date of purchase. 3) Please attach photos of the broken rod showing the locations where the rod is broken. 4) Once the email is submitted, a member of our team with contact you within 24-48 hours to process your claim. 5) Replacement fees are $95 for the OGX Series Rod. 6) We do require the broken rod to be shipped back to our facilities for inspection prior to replacement.
